Briefing by order
Each order on its machine, with item, tooling, cycle time and alloy, the work statuses and the four indices.
CuboWeb · the new version of @briefing
The General Criticality Index sums up four factors: availability, efficiency, quality and delivery. It updates with production events. The lower it is, the better. When it crosses the threshold, you know which order and which factor to act on.
Born on the shop floor from real needs, now a web application.
How it works
The plant is available or not, efficiency is on target or not, quality is within limits or not, delivery is on time or late.
Based on the thresholds, the index is normal or critical and tells you where to act, while production is running.
The departments involved meet on the same page to solve the problems that have come up, with notes and outcomes recorded.
Features
Each order on its machine, with item, tooling, cycle time and alloy, the work statuses and the four indices.
Die mounted, automatic or stopped, alarms, cycle time, good parts and scrap: the page updates itself.
Operators assigned to the machines for each shift, with the shift supervisor in charge.
Scheduled control plans and conformity checks, with configurable check types and outcomes.
Tasks planned on a calendar with priority, due date, owner and attached documents.
Tooling log and history; a maintenance request is sent by email to whoever needs to act on it.
Getting started
CuboWeb starts from a model that fits most production scenarios, keeping setup, training and start-up time to a minimum. Orders come from the ERP you already use. The user interface is available in English and Italian.
Installation on your company server, items, measures, parameters and indicator thresholds.
Training for the staff who record events and for whoever leads the briefing.
On-site support during start-up, until the cycle runs by itself.
