Privacy notice

Notice under Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) for visitors to this site and people who write to us. The Italian version is the binding one.

Browsing the site

The site uses no cookies, either its own or third-party ones, and no analytics, advertising or profiling tools. It loads no resources from other sites (fonts, scripts, videos). It only stores your choice to close the language suggestion in your browser, and never sends it to us.

The site is delivered by the Cloudflare, Inc. network, which automatically processes the technical data of each request (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser) in order to serve pages and protect them from attacks. Cloudflare acts as data processor; data may also be processed outside the European Union, with the safeguards required by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework). Legal basis: legitimate interest in publishing the site securely.

Email enquiries

If you write to us for a demo, a quote or support, we use your address and what you tell us only to reply to you and, if a business relationship follows, to manage it. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures requested by you and, afterwards, performance of the contract. We keep the correspondence for as long as needed to reply and, where there is a contract, for the periods required by tax and civil law.

Email is handled by the controller's email service provider, appointed as data processor.

Our software

Formavista, xPlanE, MES Foundry and CuboWeb are installed on the customer's computers or servers: production data and customers' files are not sent to the controller or to third-party cloud services. When providing support on an installation, the controller processes the data found there on the customer's behalf, under the agreements made with the customer.

Your rights

You may at any time request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest, by writing to info@mmsoft.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
